It has been well documented that a walk or spending time in and with nature can be beneficial to our physical and mental wellness, reducing worries, fears, stresses and brain fog and improving memory, concentration and self-esteem.

Walk Wild offers a range of wellbeing support services including life coaching, mentoring, befriending, graded exposure and confidence building both one to one and within a group within Kent and East Sussex. Services are also available online, by telephone, email and person to person (depending on your location)

Wild Wellbeing Walk and Talk is a natural therapy designed to support our mental health and wellbeing, preventative, during challenges and when needing recovery, which incorporates a successful nature inspired "six ways to wellbeing" as a model. Walk and Talk at a gentle and relaxed pace with plenty of time to chat, while walking, wheeling or sitting in an open natural space. Here is just one of the much appreciated thank you emails I received from one of my clients/ You can view others on my reviews page.

“I was nervous to book because I’m not someone who opens up easily. I hate eye contact, I hate sitting still, and formal environments make me shut down completely. Walk & Talk was the only option that sounded even slightly possible, and it turned out to be the best decision I’ve made.

Walking and moving helped my brain work properly. Being outside calmed my senses instantly. You adapted to me, and my needs, not the other way around. You taught me that being ‘different’ isn’t being ‘disabled’, you helped me see that exhaustion is just my body asking for rest, and you showed me that healing doesn’t have to be hard or heavy.

It took a few sessions to grasp just how much this was helping me but looking back I now say with confidence, it started on day one. I’ve had a weight lifted off my shoulders, not added on. You didn't use jargon,  didn't make me feel like a problem and you patiently listened to every thing I said. You just walked along side me, listened, understood, and helped me find my own way. 100% recommend you to anyone who thinks therapy isn’t for them, trust me, this is different. Thank you Michael” (Nicky - Kent)
